Our teaching method is influenced by modern didactics and is designed based on the "Concept of Foreign Languages" of the European Council and the guidance of the "Accademia Italiana di Lingua (AIL) ". We follow a communicative method: from the first day of lessons and at each level, only Italian is spoken in class. We emphasize spoken language in particular.
Lessons are interesting, interactive, and also fun, carried out naturally in a relaxing environment. Text books are carried out by using authentic materials, such as newspapers, magazines, and online video, which promote learning on the subject of contemporary Italy and different aspects of Italian society.
Our Italian instructors are experts in teaching foreign languages to foreign students. They're there for the learners to motivate and guide them, and facilitate their learning. The curriculum of Scuola Leonardo da Vinci has evolved over the years, but the books have been created to help students learn the Italian language. Grammar is presented in a logical and organized manner, followed by examples and a wide range of practical exercises that provide opportunities for both students and teachers.
Scuola Leonardo da Vinci' s school is located in the old aristocratic palace in the centre of Italy's capital, approximately 1 km from Piazza Navona and Spanish Steps. The school was founded in Rome in 1984.
