Malaca Instituto has a wide selection of courses that focus on the Spanish language itself, the Spanish culture, or a combination of the two.
Intensive Spanish courses: This particular course is considered one of Spain’s top Spanish immersion programs and it covers the most essential components of the language: the four core skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), grammar, syntax, and vocabulary development. A placement test is given on the first day in order to ensure that students are placed in the correct level. The standard Intensive Spanish course is 20 lessons per week, however you may choose between 20, 24, 26, or 30 lessons per week. One-to-one classes may be added to intensive courses if you want to practice or learn Spanish for a specific purpose.
DELE: Students who would like to dedicate more time are encouraged to look into the DELE courses, which are specifically designed to prepare for the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language. Malaca Instituto has been authorized by Instituto Cervantes as an Official Exam Centre, which means you will be able to take the DELE exam at the school upon successful completion of the course. The teachers for these courses are certified to prepare students specifically for the DELE exams.
Commercial and Business Spanish: Malaca Instituto also provides intensive Spanish courses that are designed more specifically for professionals. The school provides two different focuses: Spanish for Trade and Business Spanish.
If you already possess an intermediate or more advanced level of Spanish, there are several other options for students who are interested in learning the more cultural side of the language. Some of these courses include Hispanic Studies, Spanish and Cookery, Spanish and Dance, and many more.
Malaca Instituto is comprised of 25 classrooms with air conditioning and the necessary audiovisual equipment to make the language learning experience as interactive as possible. There is also a study centre that includes a library and a multimedia room fully equipped with computers, audiovisual devices, and an extensive collection of films and documentaries to facilitate listening comprehension.
